At Foster Atelier, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and product specifications.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities


Shipping Origin

Products may be shipped from international warehouses or independent suppliers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your order may be shipped from outside your country of residence.


Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Foster Atelier is not responsible for customs delays, additional import charges, or refused shipments due to unpaid duties.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Additional shipping fees may apply for re shipment
• Orders returned due to incorrect address are not eligible for automatic refund


Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment

If a package is:

• Refused by the customer
• Unclaimed
• Returned due to absence
• Returned due to unpaid customs fees

We are not obligated to issue a refund.

Any return shipping fees or handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Foster Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was lost in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update
• We will open an investigation with the carrier

Investigation timelines depend on the shipping provider.

We reserve the right to wait for carrier confirmation before issuing any replacement or refund.


Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect address provided by the customer


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on warehouse availability.

You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
